Heated infeed fence for better glue adhesion. Fixed feed speed 29 FPM.Equipped with: -- Pre-mill (2) 1.5 kW each (12,000 RPM) counter-rotating cutter-heads for removing up to 3mm of the panel edge. -- Quick change 1.2 kg Teflon-coated glue pot is designed for EVA hot-melt glue. The multifunctional cutter can round straight or radius edges with a 2 mm radius cutter. -- Radius scraping unit fine-tunes the edge radius while removing knife marks during the milling process on radius edging. Insert knives have a 2 mm radius. -- Buffing unit leaves a super finish on ABS and PVC edging and removes any discoloration on the edges.
