Quick change corner rounding motor for fast changeover from 1 mm to 2 mm radius on the ends.Unit can process between 0.4 - 3 mm and up to a board thickness of 1.77" (45 mm).The multifunctional cutter can round straight or radius edges with a 2 mm radius cutter. -- Profile Scrappers:Multi-radius scrapers allow operator to apply a 1 mm or 2 mm radius on the Top & Bottom of the panel. -- Flat Scrappers:Flat insert knives designed to remove any excess glue which remains on the surface of the panel after applying the edge due to squeeze out. -- Buffing Units:(2) 0.2 HP (0.12 kW) - 3,000 RPM motors, Top & Bottom Buffing units leave a super finish on ABS & PVC edging and removes any discoloration on the edges. -- Release Agent Spray Unit:Applies release agent to the Top & Bottom surface of the panel before applying the glue allows for simple removal of any excess glue.The unit is located before the Pre-milling Station so any overspray which gets on the edge will be milled off to ensure proper bonding. -- Cleaning Agent Spray Unit:The Cleaning Agent System sprays the Top & Bottom edge before the Buffing Unit & designed to polish the edge and loosen any excess glue residue on the surface
