The Pendu Heavy Duty Gang Saw is our heaviest gang saw yet. Built for both durability and efficiency, the Heavy Duty Gang Saw rips through boards and cants with ease! It has a cutting capacity of 6 inches high and 12 inches wide. A 125 HP top arbor motor and 150 HP bottom arbor motor help to achieve feed rates of up to 200 FPM. Pendu’s innovative feed system features 27 powered rolls (10 top, 17 bottom). Pendu has used a unique hardening and chroming process to develop the strongest and most durable rolls in the induistry. The Heavy Duty Gang Saw is constructed with a 1 1/4 inch thick steel box frame.

With a smaller footprint than our standard gang saws, the E2000S Junior delivers plenty of power to handle a wide variety of materials. Featuring cantilevered arbors designed to handle 8" and 10" saw blades, the Pendu Junior can cut cants up to 6" high by 8" wide. Built on a thick, all steel box-frame, each unit features an automatic chain infeed system with manual height adjustment. Easy-access arbors are designed to make maintenance simple — changeover a breeze.

The Pendu M9500 Gang Saw packs plenty of power for those in the log home manufacturing industry or companies who remanufacture large timber. Every Pendu Model M9500 has the capacity to handle 8", 10", or 12" saw blades, giving it the capability to handle material up to 14" high and 14" wide. And with two 100HP motors, it’s got the muscle to power through your most demanding requirements. Built on a full 1" steel box-frame, each unit features an automatic chain infeed system, one-touch hydraulic height adjustment and inboard cant sizer. Easy-access arbors, supported with conical out-board bearings, make maintenance simple — changeover a breeze.
